Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 7+ years geotechnical consulting experience.
• Professional licensure in Engineering.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals and cost estimates.
• Develop staffing plans with Operations Manager.
• Execute annual department business plan.
• Oversee revenue growth, staff chargeability, billing and profitability.
• Lead safety efforts and promote a safe work environment.
• Ensure quality standards on projects and proposals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
