Qualifications

• 5 years of practice experience in a relevant field, or 9 years of related experience without a degree.
• Master’s degree or PhD preferred.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable violation history may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a geotechnical department and its projects.
• Prepare proposals and cost estimates for projects.
• Develop and manage employee staffing plans and recruitment.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Monitor quality standards on projects.
