Job summary

Condon-Johnson & Associates is seeking a Project Manager to lead shoring projects, manage budgets, schedules, and all project administration. You will review plans, ensure profitability, and coordinate with superintendents and clients to deliver complex foundations.

The role requires 2–3 years of field experience and 5–8 years of increasing PM responsibilities, with travel to Pacific Northwest project sites. A degreed civil engineer or construction manager is preferred.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Knowledge of L&I, OSHA/EPA construction standards and EHS regulations.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for project results through estimating, cost control, scheduling and budgets.
• Supervise team members and carry out responsibilities per company policies and laws.
• Review proposals to determine time frame, funding, procedures, staffing.
• Process owner billings and payments per contract.
• Monitor budgets to ensure profitability.
• Manage change processes and communicate with stakeholders.
• Ensure project closeout meets contractual agreements.
• Maintain client relationships and donor reports.
• Distribute and track project documents throughout life cycle.
• Provide guidance to direct reports and team members.
• Coordinate with Superintendents for updates.
• Maintain healthy, accident-free project environments.
