Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering or related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) or Geologist (PG) license or ability to obtain one.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English; good math and technical writing.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and AutoCAD.
Responsibilities
- Lead geotechnical, construction, and special inspection projects from planning to execution.
- Analyze field and lab data to evaluate foundations, slope stability, and settlement.
- Visit sites regularly to monitor progress and ensure compliance with plans and specs.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues.
- Prepare detailed reports, proposals, and field documentation; mentor junior staff.
