Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering with Geotechnical specialty; MS or PhD in Geotechnical/Geological Engineering.
• 7–14 years of geotechnical engineering experience and PE license in the state.
• Mentoring and supervisory experience; strong writing and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and valid driver's license with insurable record.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple clients, contracts and projects simultaneously.
• Perform geotechnical analyses, studies and calculations; prepare reports.
• Conduct field explorations, sample collection and geologic mapping.
• Provide construction observation and site documentation; lead teams.
• Support business development with proposals and client presentations.
• Adhere to QA, health and safety policies and supervise staff.
