Qualifications

• BS degree in Civil Engineering (Geotechnical specialty).
• MS or PhD in Geotechnical Engineering (or Geological Engineering).
• Engineering or Geology degree required.
• 14+ years of geotechnical engineering experience.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license in the applicable state.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple clients, contracts, and projects concurrently.
• Perform geotechnical analyses, studies, and calculations.
• Prepare and write technical engineering reports.
• Interact with clients, vendors, and staff at various levels.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise engineers and staff.
• Review reports, documents, observations, and calculations.
• Support business development, including proposals and presentations.
• Adhere to QA, health & safety, and loss prevention policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
