Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking a Geotechnical Engineer to assist in plans, calculations, and field data collection. You will support AutoCAD/Civil 3D design efforts and coordinate permitting with agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 1-5 years of geotechnical engineering experience.
• EIT certification within 12 months.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MS Office.
• Internship or co-op in civil engineering preferred.
• Exposure to MicroStation, HEC-RAS, or stormwater tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing engineering plans, specifications and reports.
• Perform basic engineering calculations and analyses under senior engineers.
• Support design and drafting using AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D.
• Conduct site visits, field inspections, and data collection as needed.
• Assist with permitting, regulatory compliance, and coordination with clients and agencies.
• Participate in internal project meetings and collaborate with other disciplines.
• Support project managers in project delivery, including budgeting and scheduling tasks.
