You will join an interdisciplinary team of geotechnical, structural, roadway, estimators, schedulers, and construction experts to perform analysis, design, and estimates for design-build pursuits and ongoing projects.

The role is based in Lone Tree, CO, within a growing Infrastructure Design Department that values collaborative solutions, safety, and client-focused design delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide project support during bids to identify and evaluate innovative and cost-effective design solutions to geotechnical problems and challenges.
• Assist pursuit team to identify key design risks and develop mitigation plans during the bid phase.
• Develop design recommendations and deliverables on EPC/design-build projects; potentially serve as geotechnical lead or project manager.
• Train and develop staff engineers.
