LVI Associates seeks a Geotechnical Leader to head the Milwaukee branch, combining business development, people management, and technical leadership. This senior role will drive growth, oversee project delivery, and mentor engineers, laboratory and field staff, ensuring high-quality outcomes for clients.

You will shape the office culture, collaborate with internal leaders, and expand the geotechnical service offering while maintaining client relationships and performance targets.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in CMT or geotechnical engineering.
• Proven ability to manage technical, laboratory, field or project-delivery teams.
• Strong people-management skills with accountability.
• Proven client relationship and business-development capabilities.
• Understanding of branch operations, financial performance, resource planning and project delivery.
• Able to manage both technical professionals and field personnel.
• Strong communication, leadership and commercial decision-making.

Responsabilités

• Lead business development and growth for the Milwaukee branch.
• Manage and develop a multidisciplinary team across CMT and geotechnical services.
• Oversee delivery of CMT and geotechnical projects and monitor performance.
• Provide senior-level technical oversight and ensure standards compliance.
• Mentor emerging leaders and align branch with company objectives.
• Drive revenue, profitability, and market visibility for the geotechnical practice.
