Job summary

LVI Associates in Milwaukee, Wisconsin seeks a Geotechnical Project Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of site investigations, reports, and design support. You will manage projects from proposal through final deliverables and mentor junior engineers while building strong client relationships.

You will collaborate with geotechnical engineers, drillers, technicians, and project teams across commercial, industrial, municipal, and residential developments, with clear paths toward leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Geotechnical Engineering.
• 4+ years of geotechnical consulting experience.
• Experience managing geotechnical projects, clients, and project financials.
• PE license preferred or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Manage geotechnical projects from proposal to final deliverables.
• Oversee subsurface investigation programs including drilling, sampling, lab testing, and field observations.
• Review and approve geotechnical reports, recommendations, and analyses.
• Provide technical oversight related to foundations, earthwork, slope stability, and site development.
• Manage project budgets, profitability, invoicing, and resource allocation.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Mentor and support junior engineers and technical staff.
• Assist with strategic client development and business growth initiatives.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients in Wisconsin.
