Job summary

ECS Mid-Atlantic, LLC is seeking a senior geotechnical engineering leader in Pennsylvania to manage and mentor CMT/geotechnical staff and to oversee client development and project delivery. A PE license and ABET-accredited Civil Engineering degree are required, with 10–15 years of relevant experience.

You will lead cross-functional teams across CMT and geotechnical projects, perform senior reviews of geotechnical reports, and help grow our presence in the marketplace through marketing and client

Qualifications

• PE license is required.
• 10-15 years of technical and managerial experience.
• ABET-accredited Civil Engineering degree or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Being a team builder with the ability to both bring in and do the work
• Developing staff and getting our name out in the marketplace
• Managing and mentoring of CMT/geotechnical engineering staff
• Working with both construction materials testing (CMT) and geotechnical staff and projects
• Senior level review and preparation of geotechnical reports
• Client and business development, as well as assisting other staff in marketing our services
• An affinity for marketing and business development
