Qualifications

• Driving for ECS subsidiaries requires a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise and support Geotechnical staff within a branch and region.
• Host or attend project meetings with clients and ECS staff to provide technical solutions.
• Mentor Associate Principals and participate in review committee for Associate Principal designation (Geotechnical).
• Oversee projects, perform technical report reviews, prepare and review proposals, manage department and P&L.
• Assist with business development and client interactions; help staff staffing decisions.
• Lead and coach junior staff; perform duties across departments as needed (CMT).
