Job summary

ECS Group of Companies seeks a Senior Geotechnical Manager to lead CMT and geotechnical staff. You will develop personnel, mentor teams, and contribute to geotechnical reports while expanding client relationships. PE licensure is required, with ABET-accredited degrees welcomed for consideration.

The role emphasizes leadership, project oversight, and market development across our geotechnical, construction materials testing, and environmental services groups.

Qualifications

• BS or MS degree in Civil Engineering; ABET-accredited programs considered
• 10–15 years of technical and managerial experience
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• Experience with CMT and geotechnical staff and projects

Responsibilities

• Being a team builder with the ability to both bring in and do the work
• Developing staff and getting our name out in the marketplace
• Managing and mentoring of CMT/geotechnical engineering staff
• Working with both construction materials testing (CMT) and geotechnical staff and projects
• Senior level review and preparation of geotechnical reports
• Client and business development, as well as assisting other staff in marketing our services
