Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the geotechnical industry with a proven track record in business development or client management.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively in a team; willing to travel for meetings and site visits.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: identify potential clients and generate new business leads; develop strategies to engage target clients and convert leads into long-term relationships.
• Relationship Management: maintain and expand relationships with existing clients; inform them about new services and offerings; network and present at industry events.
• Client Education & Promotion: educate clients about Keller's services through tailored presentations; represent Keller at local industry meetings and events; promote brand presence.
• Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence: stay informed about industry trends, competition, and opportunities; provide insights to refine BD strategies.
• Support to Project Management: assist project teams with opportunities, proposals, and bids; ensure smooth handoff from BD to execution.
