Ferguson is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for Geosynthetics and Stormwater to drive growth in Northern Indiana. This field-based role serves customers from Ft.

Wayne, Schererville, and South Bend locations; living within 30 minutes of one of these locations is required. You will train with branch teams, present technical solutions, handle site visits, manage bids and projects, and use CRM tools to track activity.

Qualifikationen

• Sales experience in Geosynthetics and Stormwater products preferred.
• Willingness to travel weekly throughout the territory.
• Civil engineering background is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and navigating multiple software systems; Salesforce and Power BI experience is a plus.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with strong prioritization skills.

Aufgaben

• Partner with branch and sales teams to train, support and collaborate to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide technical and site support including presentations, meetings, visits and demonstrations.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, engineers, agencies and developers; plan Lunch and Learns and seminars.
• Provide monthly market and sales leadership reports and insights.
• Use CRM to manage territory, calls, meetings, bids, orders and projects.
• Identify new leads through market research and industry networks.
• Maintain communication with customers and regulators on new products and enhancements.
• Meet or exceed sales goals by selling products and project solutions.
• Attend tradeshows and industry events to raise product awareness.
