Job summary

Ferguson is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for Geosynthetics and Stormwater to cover the Denver, CO and Front Range territory. This field-based role includes training, presenting, site visits, and coordination with branch and sales teams to grow our geosynthetics business.

You will build relationships with contractors, engineers, and regulators, travel weekly, and earn commission with no cap. A civil engineering background and familiarity with Salesforce/Power BI are a plus; residency

Qualifications

• Geosynthetics and Stormwater sales experience preferred.
• Civil engineering background is a plus.
• Must reside in the territory and be willing to travel weekly.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with branch and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide technical and site support including presentations and job site visits.
• Build relationships with contractors, engineers, agencies, and developers.
• Report market conditions, bids, and wins to leadership.
• Use CRM to track calls, meetings, bids, and orders.
