Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Geology, or Geophysics.
• 5-7 years of engineering/geological experience in an oilfield-related position.
• Experience or knowledge in well planning, drilling rig operations, geo-steering techniques, and mud logging practices is a plus.
• Position will be filled at a level commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering and geological guidance and well bore steering for horizontal wells.
• Work closely with geologists, mud loggers, reservoir engineers, and drilling engineers to ensure the correct well bore path.
• Support project decision‑making through sound technical review.
