Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a BS in Engineering, preferably in Petroleum Engineering, and at least 3 years of drilling engineering experience. Strong supervisory, organizational skills, and proficiency in computer applications are essential for the position.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of drilling engineering experience.
• Significant experience in drilling design and execution of technical horizontal well bores.
• Ability to work effectively with field personnel and division staff.

Responsibilities

• Plan and design vertical and horizontal wells.
• Write AFEs and analyze drilling performance.
• Evaluate vendor performance and implement new technologies.
• Provide detailed performance and cost analysis to management.
• Supervise drilling rig operations and well site supervisors.
