Reinventing Geospatial, Inc. (RGi) is seeking a Systems Engineer with active Top Secret clearance to advance enterprise GIS solutions for defense and intelligence projects.

You will design, deploy, and test GIS applications, integrate Python, C#, C++, HTML, and JavaScript, and ensure RMF and STIG compliance within a DevSecOps framework. You will manage ArcGIS Enterprise permissions, implement OGC services, containerize with Docker/Kubernetes/OpenShift, support AI/ML/DL workloads, and perform

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI access; US Citizenship required.
• Experience with DevOps/DevSecOps workflows.
• AGILE software development experience.
• Git-based version control (GitHub, GitLab).
• Proven ability to solve complex problems creatively and independently.
• Strong collaboration in team-based environments.
• Familiarity with OGC standards (WMS, WFS, WMTS) and enterprise GIS.
• Deep GIS platform knowledge: ArcGIS Pro/Enterprise, QGIS, GeoServer, PostGIS.

Responsibilities

• Design, customize, deploy, and test enterprise GIS applications.
• Develop software using Python, C#, C++, HTML, and JavaScript.
• Author and maintain technical documentation (GitLab, user guides, versioning notes).
• Implement geospatial data acquisition, preparation, and conversion processes.
• Support RMF compliance for access controls and system security.
• Manage access roles and permissions within ArcGIS Enterprise.
• Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot OGC‑compliant web services (WMS, WFS, WMTS, WCS, OGC API - Features).
• Integrate Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift for containerization.
• Contribute to AI/ML/DL system support including training data management and model validation.
• QA/QC including code reviews, database evaluations, and lifecycle compliance.
• Remediate vulnerabilities from static analysis and container scanning; align with STIG standards.
• Collaborate in requirements analysis, software design, and DevSecOps practices.
• Work with COTS tools such as ENVI, RemoteView, Erdas Imagine, ArcGIS, Skyline.
