Job summary

Ayres is seeking a survey project manager in Wisconsin who is passionate about the survey profession, has strong technical ability, and can mentor staff. You will manage multiple projects, develop scopes and budgets, and coordinate with clients and internal teams, with travel as needed.

Ideal candidates hold a PLS or licensure path in Wisconsin, 5–10 years’ field and office experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Trimble Business Center, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) in Wisconsin or ability to become licensed within 6 months.
• Experience with geospatial technologies and survey field/office work.

Responsibilities

• Develop scopes, cost estimates, and proposals for survey projects.
• Work directly with internal and external clients on project needs.
• Support survey and CAD technicians through all project phases.
• Perform QA/QC on survey projects.
• Adhere to OSHA and safety practices.
