Wade Trim seeks an experienced Survey Manager to lead Advanced Mapping & Geospatial operations across multiple states. You will manage 10+ survey professionals delivering LiDAR, UAV, 3D scanning, and traditional survey services with a focus on energy sector clients and digital twin technology.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical survey expertise with leadership and a passion for advancing drone operations, point cloud workflows, and geospatial applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Eng or related field.
• PLS/PS license in any state strongly preferred.
• Multi-state project experience with LiDAR/UAV.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-state survey team of 10+ professionals.
• Build and develop capabilities around advanced geospatial technologies.
• Foster cross-office collaboration and coordinate teams.
• Oversee performance evaluations and coaching for staff.
• Manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resources.
