Job summary

Ulteig Engineers, Inc. is seeking a Geospatial & Reality Capture Manager to lead the development, implementation, and delivery of UAV surveying, LiDAR, photogrammetry, terrestrial scanning, and point cloud data products for engineering and infrastructure projects.

You will establish SOPs and QA/QC workflows, oversee data acquisition operations, mentor technical staff, and partner with proposals and client teams to define deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Associate degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Engineering, or related field
• FAA Part 107 Certification (drone operator)
• 8–12+ years of relevant experience
• 3–5+ years with LiDAR/UAV/Reality Capture technologies
• Strong knowledge of survey control, datums, and accuracy standards
• Openness to innovation with evolving technology and AI tools to enhance workflows
• Must have authorization to work permanently in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the company’s reality capture program
