Job summary

STV is seeking an experienced Geospatial Manager to lead our survey, reality capture, and digital delivery capabilities across Texas, based primarily in Frisco. You will guide technical teams, manage UAV/UAS, LiDAR, and data processing workflows using Trimble, Leica, Pix4D, Civil 3D, ArcGIS Pro, and related tools, and collaborate with project managers to turn field data into actionable intelligence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of surveying/geospatial experience.
• Hands-on with UAV/UAS, LiDAR, laser scanning, photogrammetry workflows.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage UAV/UAS, LiDAR, and reality capture efforts for infrastructure projects.
• Process, quality-check, and deliver geospatial data and 3D deliverables.
• Collaborate with survey crews, engineers, and project managers to turn field data into project intelligence.
• Lead technical input for scopes, proposals, and best practices in geospatial services.
