Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing Survey/Geomatics projects, including 5+ years of client/staff/project management.
• BS in Survey Engineering or related field and licensure as a Florida Land Surveyor.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Word, Excel, Acrobat, and Bluebeam.
• Experience with Trimble software (Center/Access/Connect) and LiDAR/Reality Capture technologies.
• Proficiency in field and office surveying including boundary and topographic work; UAV/terrestrial scanning experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills for cross-office teams.

Responsibilities

• Develops and directs service line strategies aligning with company goals.
• Collaborates with leadership to hire, develop clients, and maintain technical excellence.
• Creates growth plans and identifies market opportunities with budgets and schedules.
• Monitors financial performance for Survey/Geomatics groups and ensures QA/QC across deliverables.
• Leads and mentors survey professionals across offices, fostering safety and accountability.
• Oversees project life cycles and deploys staff to major projects and pursuits.
