Job summary

North Point Technology seeks a User Engagement Engineer SME to bridge mission users and technical teams for geospatial intelligence solutions. The role involves training delivery, stakeholder collaboration, UAT coordination, and KPI reporting to ensure usable, effective capabilities for IC partners.

The candidate will participate in Agile ceremonies and produce user documentation while supporting enterprise-scale engineering initiatives requiring TS clearance and SCI/polygraph readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience developing user engagement strategies in complex technical environments.
• Knowledge of geospatial intelligence systems and data.
• Experience designing and delivering user training for diverse audiences.
• Ability to collect and analyze user feedback to improve features.
• Coordination of UAT and operational evaluations.
• Active participation in Agile ceremonies and backlog management.
• Familiarity with MS Project, SharePoint, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Experience creating user documentation and support materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead user engagement strategies to drive adoption of geospatial solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into system improvements.
• Design and deliver user training, workshops, and briefings.
• Coordinate UAT and evaluations; analyze feedback for enhancements.
• Support Agile ceremonies and manage user stories and KPIs.
• Create user docs, FAQs, and support materials for systems.
