Job summary

Travelers offers a 10-week Business Insights & Analytics Leadership Development Program (BI&ALDP) internship based in Hartford, CT and St. Paul, MN.

You will work on real projects, receive technical training from current BI&ALDP participants, and be evaluated like a professional from day one. You will gain hands-on experience in analytics disciplines, leverage modern AI tools, and have leadership exposure through intern events and a collaborative capstone presentation.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in GIS, Geography or CS.
• Experience with GIS mapping software and platforms required.
• Comfortable with Python and SQL; knowledge of ETL concepts helpful.

Responsibilities

• Carry out real project work aligned to business needs across analytics functions.
• Participate in technical training delivered by BI&ALDP participants.
• Present solutions to analytics challenges during capstone events.
