Travelers is seeking participants for the Business Insights & Analytics Leadership Development Program (BI-ALDP) internship in Hartford, CT and St. Paul, MN. You will work on real data projects, learn from current BI&ALDP participants, and gain hands-on experience in analytics disciplines.

Housing is available for interns beyond commuting distance. The program offers practical training with Python, SQL, and modern AI tools, plus formal performance reviews and leadership exposure.

Qualifications

• GPA 3.0 or higher; STEM degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Python and SQL in data projects.
• Experience with data warehouses and cloud analytics tools.
• Familiarity with Databricks, Snowflake and dashboarding tools.

Responsibilities

• Work on real projects aligned to business needs in analytics.
• Participate in formal performance reviews and leadership exposure.
