Job summary

NV5 is seeking a Geospatial Content Specialist to lead content development from initiation to completion, producing presentation slides, brochures, documentation, proposals, and bids. You will apply geospatial and remote sensing knowledge, manage multiple projects, and leverage AI to streamline content management and workflows.

Proficiency with ArcGIS Pro, QGIS, Adobe Creative Cloud, and MS Office is required; remote-friendly with domestic travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as geospatial, marketing, or writing.
Experience in technical marketing or proposal development preferred.
Ability to translate geospatial concepts into client-facing content.
Experience with AI in content management is a plus.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee client-facing documentation development.
Lead the coordination of marketing material from initiation to completion, managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Develop marketing content that highlights strategy and NV5’s value propositions and differentiators.
Coordinate and lead kick-off meetings to align team members and establish objectives for content development.
Interview subject matter experts to gather information for technical content development and oversee document production.
Apply advanced project management, writing, and strategic thinking in proposal development.
Utilize Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, ArcGIS Pro, QGIS, Google Earth Pro, MS Word, and PowerPoint to enhance content quality.
Ensure the marketing and documentation strategy meets company standards and helps win new business.
Interpret client and internal technical specifications to reflect requirements accurately in proposals.
Utilize AI to streamline writing and content management processes.
