citizenship with active TS/SCI clearance and the ability to obtain a CI polygraph. Proficiency in Python, ML frameworks, and geospatial tools is required, with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen with an active TS/SCI and ability to obtain CI polygraph.
• BS in Statistics, Math, Data Science, CS, Engineering, Physics or related field.
• 5+ years designing, developing, testing, and deploying AI/ML models across diverse data modalities.
• 2+ years time series analysis, spatial trajectory analytics, or state estimation.
• Proficiency in Python, TS/JS/Java/C/C++, and ML/AI stacks.
• Experience with remote sensing and geospatial datasets; familiarity with government platforms.
• Experience with modern development practices including CI/CD and version control.
• Strong communication skills evidenced by technical writing and briefs.

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and integrate novel data science and AI/ML solutions (e.g., spatio-temporal ML, data fusion, semantic enrichment)
• Contribute to multi-disciplinary AI/ML teams to design and evaluate ML solutions using multi-INT data (RF emphasis)
• Engineer and transform diverse data modalities to support all phases of the AI/ML workflow
• Design, implement, and assess geospatial AI/ML solutions across hardware and software stacks
• Stay current on AI/ML advancements and apply them to government mission challenges
• Provide SME mentorship and strategic advice to government and internal teams on AI/ML trends and delivery
• Communicate progress, results, risks, and challenges to government clients, partners, and leadership
