Job summary

Vantor Holdings, Inc. is seeking an experienced AI/ML engineer to work across the full analytical workflow—from data acquisition and model development to pipeline evaluation and hardware-based solution implementation.

The role focuses on architecting and integrating AI/ML solutions for geospatial and multi-INT data, with emphasis on RF data. Strong collaboration across teams and government stakeholders is required.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen with an active TS/SCI and the ability to obtain a CI polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and integrate novel data science and AI/ML solutions (e.g., spatio-temporal ML, data fusion, and semantic enrichment)
• Contribute to multi-disciplinary AI/ML engineering teams to design, implement, and evaluate machine learning solutions that leverage multi-INT data (with emphasis on RF)
• Engineer and transform diverse data modalities to support all phases of the AI/ML workflow
• Design, implement, and assess various geospatial AI/ML solutions across hardware and software stacks
• Stay current on AI/ML advancements from industry and academia, applying them to government mission challenges
• Support program execution by providing subject matter expertise, mentorship, and strategic advice to government and internal teams on AI/ML trends, approaches, and delivery strategies
• Communicate progress, results, risks, and challenges to government clients, partners, and project leadership
