Job summary

Vantor is seeking a seasoned full stack software engineer to support the full analytical workflow of geospatial intelligence. You will design scalable, mission-critical applications with data extraction, transformation, and visualization across cloud ecosystems.

The role requires active TS/SCI clearance, 3+ years in system design leadership, and 5+ years in multiple programming languages. On-site work in Herndon, VA, with cutting-edge AI/ML integration opportunities.

Qualifications

• US citizenship and TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree in a tech field
• 3+ years leading design/architecture of systems
• 5+ years programming in one or more languages
• Experience with large geospatial datasets and analytics
• Cloud architectures including AWS/C2S
• Docker/Kubernetes in cloud or hybrid envs
• Ability to lead small teams and work independently

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable full-stack solutions for mission-critical applications
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle
• Apply standards to produce high-quality, maintainable software
• Work with cloud tech to extract, manipulate, and visualize geo-temporal data
• Develop analytics/derivative data products for actionable insights
• Troubleshoot proactively and collaborate with diverse teams
