Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with organizing, categorizing, and shelving records.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Enter data and scan records; proof data and scans.
• Inventory and organize current collections (wireline logs, scout cards, reports).
• Recycle or integrate donations into permanent collection as directed.
• Provide assistance to the public and internal staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
