Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and minimum of one year library or related experience.
• Experience organizing, categorizing, and shelving records.
• Experience using Word, Excel, Adobe, Outlook, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Enter data and scan records, proof data and scans.
• Inventory and organize current collections including logs, reports, and records.
• Recycle or integrate donations into permanent collection as directed by supervisor.
• Provide assistance to the public and internal staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
