Qualifications

• Completion or near completion of a B.S. or M.S. in geological sciences; 1-3 years of related work preferred.
• Experience collecting and processing near-surface geophysical data (GPR, magnetometers).
• Familiarity with geotechnical engineering, remote sensing, and GIS analysis.
• Strong communication and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• English written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan geophysical surveys and acquire geophysical data in the field (GPR, resistivity, magnetometer).
• Process and interpret ground-based and aerial geophysical and remote sensing data.
• Lead on-site coordination of geotechnical site investigations and manage drilling subcontractors.
• Prepare geophysical, remote sensing, and geotechnical deliverables and proposals.
• Keep management informed of status, workload, and progress.
