Job summary

Weston Solutions, Inc. seeks a Project Geoscientist to lead field investigations, sampling programs, and technical analyses across multiple projects. You will manage scopes, budgets, and schedules under senior technical direction, ensuring compliance with QA/QC and EHS standards.

Ideal candidates hold a Geology-related degree and 6–10 years of experience, with GIS, GPS, and Office tools proficiency. Registration is preferred but not required; travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Geology, Geoscience, or a related field and 6-10 years of relevant professional experience.
• G.I.T. or P.G. registration is preferred but not required; active participation in a professional organization is encouraged.
• Ability to direct drilling, monitoring-well installation, logging, and sampling programs.
• Ability to lead complex field and office scopes with QA/QC and EHS considerations.

Responsibilities

• Direct field investigations and sampling programs to meet project objectives.
• Lead multi-component field and office scopes, coordinating staff, subcontractors, labs, and EHS.
• Lead EHS implementation for medium- to high-risk work and ensure plan adherence.
• Evaluate new technologies and process improvements for benefits.
• Document findings and present recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
