Job summary

Weston Solutions, Inc. seeks a Project Geoscientist to lead field investigations, sampling, and geoscience projects. You will manage scope, schedule, and budget while coordinating with PMs and senior staff to deliver quality results.

Responsibilities include directing drilling, logging, and sampling, overseeing EHS compliance, and guiding junior staff. The role requires strong communication and a solid geoscience background with field leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Geology, Geoscience, or a related field.
• G.I.T. or P.G. registration preferred but not required.
• Ability to direct drilling, monitoring-well installation, and logging.
• Ability to lead multi-component field and office scopes.

Responsibilities

• Direct field investigations and sampling programs to meet project objectives.
• Lead moderate-to-complex field and office scopes with technical direction.
• Lead EHS implementation for medium- to high-risk work and ensure compliance.
• Evaluate new technologies and process improvements for project benefits.
• Serve as technical lead in at least one geoscience area; guide methods and standards.
• Document and present technically sound findings and recommendations.
