Regions Bank in Atlanta, Georgia is seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer to originate residential mortgage loans through a branch network. You will complete applications, evaluate requests, and maintain client relationships to drive production.

This full-time, commission-based role requires a high school diploma and mortgage lending experience; a bachelor’s degree is preferred. You’ll work with referral partners and must be registered with NMLS. Regions offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year of mortgage lending experience with proven mortgage production
• Abundant mortgage experience in developing external business via referral partners in the market including but not limited to realtors, builders, and financial planners

Responsabilités

• Completes mortgage applications for processing and underwriting
• Evaluates loan requests and determines collateral and customer credit history
• Maintains contact with loan customers and tracks progress of loan and required documents
