Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality's Phoenix property is seeking a Server Assistant to support the service team by bussing, resetting tables, greeting guests with water service, and ensuring the dining room and patio are clean and ready for service. The role delivers a warm, attentive guest experience throughout shifts.

Experience in food and beverage or luxury dining is preferred. This full-time seasonal position requires availability Tue–Sat evenings and a Maricopa Food Handlers Card; compensation

Qualifications

• Prior food and beverage experience, preferred.
• Prior customer service experience, preferred.
• Prior luxury / upscale dining experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set and prepare tables for dining, including folding napkins and placing tableware.
• Serve water and assist servers to ensure smooth service flow.
• Stock, maintain and clean designated food stations and assist with other duties as assigned by management.

This role helps maintain a smooth flow of service while delivering a warm and attentive guest experience.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSSet and prepare tables for dining, including, but not limited to, folding napkins, cleaning and placing tableware, serving water, etc.Ensure tableware is in good and working condition and report any defects for repairStock, maintain and clean designated food stations.Assist Server with table service, including, but not limited to, serving beverages, breads, etc.Retrieve and transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area.Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.Follow all policies and procedures of the property and department.Complete all sidework and assist with other duties as assigned by management.This position is full-time seasonal.
