Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a highly motivated Server Assistant to join The Lytle Park Hotel, Autograph Collection, in Cincinnati. You will support the service team by keeping stations organized, delivering attentive hospitality, and contributing to a clean, welcoming dining room.

In this role you will greet guests, assist servers, and help maintain an exemplary guest experience in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive or move about the restaurant area.
• Maintain proper setup of the server stations and assist servers.
• Assist servers with maintaining clean and available tables.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant area.
• Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff to ensure smooth service.

The Server Assistant is key to a successful operation. This individual is responsible for supporting the service team with delivering memorable hospitality to our guests. As a Server Assistant, it is your responsibility to maintain the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, working to keep the serving stations filled, clearing, and cleaning tables, and keeping the restaurant clean.
