Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality in Naples, FL is seeking a highly motivated, customer-focused part-time Seasonal Server to join our team. As the face of our restaurant, you will ensure guests have engaging experiences, present menus, and deliver food and beverages with a welcoming attitude.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in food service, knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails and spirits, and the ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of food service experience.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails and spirits.
• Ability to describe menu items effectively.
• Customer-service oriented and friendly demeanor.
• Willingness to work part-time and weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the restaurant pre-shift for service ahead.
• Greet guests as they arrive or move about the restaurant.
• Guide guests on their culinary journey through descriptive selling.
• Be accurate in order taking and confirm special requests.
• Know the menu details to enhance conversation.
• Work collaboratively with other servers and kitchen/bar staff.
• Assist guests with concerns to resolve issues happily.
• Present the bill in a timely, accurate manner.

About Our Property

What you will have an opportunity to do: We are looking for a highly motivated, customer focused part-time Seasonal Server to join our team! Servers are the face of our restaurant and responsible for our customers’ experiences. Food server responsibilities include ensuring our tables are clean and tidy when guests arrive, presenting menus and serving food and beverages. This individual will need to be quick on your feet and have an engaging attitude. Your Role

• Prepare the restaurant pre-shift for the service ahead

• Be the master of the menu, understanding the details to enhance the conversation


• Work collaboratively with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff


• Assist guests who have concerns to guide them to a resolution that leaves them happy


• Finalize the experience through timely and accurate bill presentation
