The role blends staff leadership, project delivery, and marketing collaboration across transportation, water, power, and building engineering markets. You will lead multiple projects, pursue new opportunities, and work with operations, marketing and management to maintain client relationships and ensure profitable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a professional, architecture, engineering or closely related field.
• 10 years of experience.
• Professional registration and related technical experience.
• Experience in development and management of diverse teams.
• Active participant in HDR's employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and grow the Geomatics & Remote Sensing team in MO and KS.
• Direct staff and project management to meet client needs and market drivers.
• Collaborate with area operations, marketing and project management.
• Lead quality assurance and professional discipline activities.
• Pursue and win work; maintain profitable utilization; engage in proposals and interviews.
• Contribute to strategic planning, budgeting and plan implementation locally and regionally.
• Function as project or technical manager on critical area projects.
• Perform other duties as needed.
