Job summary

HDR is seeking a Geomatics & Remote Sensing Area Business Class Lead to manage HDR’s Missouri/Kansas Geomatics & Remote Sensing team and program. You will oversee staff, projects, and business development across transportation, water, and building engineering markets, ensuring high-quality delivery and growth.

You will collaborate with operations, marketing, and project management to uphold standards, grow client relationships, and pursue opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering or closely related field.
• 10 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Take area coordination, monitor and improve staff competencies and products.
• Participate in delivery of project services to meet client expectations.
• Collaborate on Geomatics & Remote Sensing business class efforts with area ops, marketing and PM.
• Participate in practice groups to improve standards and QA/QC reviews.
• Serve as seller-doer to pursue and win work and maintain profitable utilization.
