• Coordinate area activities and monitor staff competencies to meet client needs.
• Deliver project services to exceed client expectations.
• Collaborate with area operations, marketing and PM for business class efforts.
• Lead quality assurance and quality control reviews across projects.
• Act as a seller-doer: pursue, win work, and maintain profitable utilization.
