Job summary

HDR is seeking a Geomatics & Remote Sensing Area Business Class Lead to manage the Missouri/Kansas Geomatics & Remote Sensing team within HDR’s global program.

You will oversee staff and project delivery, support business development, and drive growth across transportation, water, power and building projects. The role combines technical leadership with client relationship building in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a professional, architecture, engineering or closely related field.
• 10 years of experience.
• Maintains a professional engineering registration.
• Experience developing and managing diverse teams.
• Active participant in HDR's employee‑owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate area Geomatics & Remote Sensing teams in Missouri and Kansas to meet client needs.
• Deliver projects that meet client expectations and quality standards.
• Collaborate with area operations, marketing and project management on business class efforts.
• Lead planning, budgeting and execution of regional projects.
• Pursue and win work and maintain profitable utilization for the team.
