Arlo Solutions is seeking a seasoned GEOINT credentialing professional to lead certification program development and align it with NGA strategic goals. The role focuses on building competencies, coordinating resources, and engaging leadership for program success.

On-site in Washington, DC, with an active TS/SCI clearance, the position requires deep experience in credentialing and compliance, aiming to strengthen national geospatial intelligence capabilities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years developing GEOINT tradecraft competencies and engaging with GEOINT Analysts, training bodies, and leadership.
• 5+ years leading credentialing program management office functions.
• Institute for Credentialing Excellence Certified Credentialing Specialist.
• 12+ months working with laws, external accreditation standards, and 42 U.S.C. Chapter 126 (ADA).

Responsibilities

• Serve as focal point for NGA Certification Program development, implementation, and management.
• Plan and document GEOINT Certification Program requirements within NGA planning, programming, and budgeting.
• Coordinate identification of resource requirements and prepare submissions for NGA Program Build.
• Identify and quantify education, training, and renewal requirements including costs for professional development.
• Design, develop, and implement evaluation plan for GEOINT Certification Program.
• Engage with NGA and NSG leadership to convey strategic workforce planning.
