Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a Geographic Discipline Leader in Arizona to guide the Civil/Site Land Development team. The role leads strategic direction, client satisfaction, and financial performance while coordinating with marketing and executive leadership.

Based in Arizona, the position offers office-based options in the West Valley, Phoenix, or Gilbert. Ideal candidates have extensive leadership experience, professional licensure, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 15+ years of leadership and managerial experience.
• Professional licensure in area of expertise.
• Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and delegation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and strategic direction for the discipline to achieve financial and growth goals.
• Oversees productivity, profitability, client satisfaction, and quality of work across the discipline.
• Leads marketing and business development strategies with Corporate Marketing and Business Development teams.
• Monitors proposals, contracts, and compliance with SOPs; manages billing and collections.
• Ensures staffing utilization and staffing/recruiting activity; collaborates with leadership on staff development.
