Colliers Engineering & Design seeks a Geographic Discipline Leader for its Civil/Site Land Development team in Tampa, FL. You will guide a regional discipline, oversee staff, and drive profitability, quality, and client satisfaction across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 14+ years of experience in Civil/Site Land Development or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience with proposals, budgets, and the financial management skills to run a team.
• Professional licensure in area of expertise.
• Demonstrated effective leadership across large groups of employees.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strategic thinking.
• Effective delegation and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, direct and manage the work of assigned staff.
• Collaborate with other GDLs within the region and with the Regional Discipline Leader.
• Responsible for productivity, profitability, client satisfaction and quality of work.
• Active involvement with marketing and business development.
• Responsible for proposal development, contracts, billing, and collections.
• Manage the financial aspects of assigned teams to meet revenue and profit goals.
• Ensure billing and AR status are maintained in contracts; monitor collections.
• Mentor and coach staff; develop skills for successful execution of work.
