Job summary
Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Global Commercial Growth Programs Operations Manager for Genomic Medicine. You will drive governance, cadence, milestone tracking and regional coordination to translate strategic priorities into scalable operating mechanisms that accelerate growth and improve customer engagement.
Reporting to Commercial Excellence and Operations Leader, this fully remote role partners with sales, marketing, product, finance and regional teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience leading cross-functional commercial programs and tracking metrics.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, Smartsheet, or similar analytics tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead global program operations for Genomic Medicine across regions and functions.
- Drive alignment on growth initiatives and customer engagement processes.
- Translate strategy into execution plans with clear success metrics.
- Develop dashboards and KPI routines to monitor health and adoption.
- Manage change and communications for global stakeholder groups.
- Identify gaps and apply Danaher Business System to improve programs.
