Qualifications

• Ph.D. and 5+ years research experience in molecular biology and genome engineering.
• Advanced knowledge of molecular biology, genome engineering, and plant genome editing techniques.
• Ability to lead complex research activities and mentor personnel.

Responsibilities

• Lead genome editing research across crop species, including target identification and guide RNA design.
• Develop genome editing protocols, molecular assays, and sequencing strategies.
• Sequence plant genomes and analyze editing outcomes to support projects and publications.
• Provide scientific leadership and mentorship to researchers and trainees.
• Develop SOPs and training materials to ensure research quality and continuity.
