Job Description

• The Market Host interacts with guests and provides excellent customer service, guiding guests on how to build the perfect stir fry.
• Answers questions for both first-time and returning guests.
• Knowledgeable about our concept and products.
• Cleans and sanitizes the line to ensure a good dining experience.
• Restocks the line for guests.
• Assists in portioning.
• Practices food safety at all times.
• Checks the temperature of products.
• Completes additional tasks as assigned by the manager or supervisor.

Requirements

• Customer service skills, 1 year preferred.
• Basic English language skills (written & verbal).
• Professional, warm demeanor - service-oriented.
• Basic food/beverage knowledge helpful.
• Ability to multi-task, manage time, and work well under pressure.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, pull, bend, and carry trays continuously.
• Good communication skills, comfortable conversing with guests.
• Ability to read, speak, and understand instructions and policies.
• Experience in high-volume or fast casual dining preferred.
• Frequently immerses hands in water and chemical solutions.
